We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide personalized customer service and assist our customers while maintaining strong relationships with them. At Babyshop, we provide internal training and career development opportunities to support your professional growth with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and engage with customers, answering inquiries and explaining products and services.

Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing quality service.

Actively guide customers around the store or to requested areas.

Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.

Ensure confidentiality of store and sales information.

Provide information on promotions and events to customers.

Assist parents and expectant mothers/fathers in locating items in the store.

Recommend products that meet the current and future needs of customers and their babies.

Welcome and greet customers, introducing products according to their needs.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through attentive and professional service.

Demonstrate product features and provide clear explanations.

Store Operations:

Ensure stocks are properly arranged, displayed, and tagged with correct prices.

Coordinate scheduled sales and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Implement visual merchandising principles effectively.

Maintain cashier documentation and ensure accuracy and security of all cash transactions, deposits, and reconciliations.

Supervise and train cashiers on cash handling and store procedures.

Merchandise Management:

Maintain detailed knowledge of merchandise/products stocked in the store.

Ensure promotions and fast-selling items are highlighted in-store.

Provide feedback on customer preferences to relevant departments.

Manage stock replenishment, recovery, and maintenance efficiently.

Process receipt/dispatch of stock from the warehouse and manage transfers efficiently.

Sales:

Manage the point-of-sale (POS) process efficiently.

Achieve individual and store sales targets aligned with Babyshop’s objectives.



What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

Minimum 3 year and above of working experience.

Strong communication skills

Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Team player with a positive mindset
