What You’ll Be Doing:
-Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
-Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales team
-General office administration works such as accurate documents filing, keep record and etc
-We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia - speaking clients.
-Day-to-day Web-team coordination.
-Knowledge of Salesforce software is an added advantage
-Prepare relevant weekly & monthly report.
-To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned when required


Requirements:
-Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
-Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
-Able to meet deadline, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently
-Fluent in English and Mandarin; Bahasa a plus
-Good attention to details and organizing skills
-Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with good writing skills
