DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform machinery maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair, service and installation jobs according to required standard under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor.

Complete and submit required maintenance records/reports to Maintenance Supervisor.

Troubleshoot root cause of machine problems and report to Maintenance Supervisor.

Ensure tasks are completed on time safely with quality.

When there are no breakdowns or issues, conduct machine and condition monitoring as instructed.

Ensure tools are properly used, cleaned and stored.

Ensure workshop is always tidy and clean.

Report spare parts usage to Maintenance Supervisor.

Supervise maintenance helpers and contractors to ensure work is done accordingly.

Undertake other responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering, or equivalent.

At least 1 year mechanical maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.

Experience in pneumatic equipment, hydraulic system, electrical equipment or PLC will be an added advantage.

Coachable, willing to learn and have growth mindset.

Highly disciplined and polite.

Able to work in shift rotation.

Must be willing to work in Pulau Indah.
