Your Responsibilities:

Greet customer upon they walked in to the store

Attend to customer enquiry and complaints by providing solutions

Up/cross-sell customers company products

Maintaining the store appearances to ensure customer feel comfortable

Plan your daily/weekly focus to ensure achieved monthly target

What you need to have:

Fresh Diploma/Degree are welcome to apply

SPM/STPM with 1 years of retail or customer service experience required

Customer oriented, good communications skills, sales oriented

Able to work in rotating days basis

Well communicating in both English & BM

Ability to speak in Mandarin will be added advantages
