Job Description:

Service, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, sensors, and controllers for chemical feed and water treatment applications

Provide technical support and advice to the Sales team on applications and installation

Supervise equipment installation at our facility and on-site.

Perform testing and commissioning at project sites.

Manage after-sales service activities, including:

Reviewing, negotiating, and executing service and maintenance contracts.

Coordinating spare parts supply, quotations, and follow-up with customers.

Identifying service opportunities and upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other service engineers to support related systems and products .

Prepare clear and detailed service, troubleshooting, and commissioning reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (electrical engineering knowledge is a plus).

At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the water treatment industry.

Strong hands-on skills in pump, sensor, and controller servicing.

Basic skills in electrical work and piping.

Knowledge of after-sales service processes, including spare parts management and contract handling.

Comfortable working in project sites and industrial environments.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Own transport and willingness to travel.
