What You’ll Do
-Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries for our Australian HR team
-Process payroll for our Australian clients
-Lodge police, medical, and reference checks through Makesure and client systems
-Assist with resume screening and document formatting
-Support presentations and social media scheduling
-Keep our systems organised across Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

What You’ll Bring
-Excellent English communication and confident phone etiquette
-Background in HR, recruitment, or professional administration
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
-Strong Microsoft 365 and document formatting skills
-A fast learner who’s organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
-Bonus: Canva or social media experience and experience with Employment Hero
