What you'll be doing
-Assisting with the implementation and coordination of HR policies and procedures
-Supporting the delivery of training and development programmes for employees
-Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
-Participating in projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function

What we're looking for
-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology , Instructional Training, Communications or a related field
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
-Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
-Proficiency in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
-A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
