Job Responsibilities:

Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with new/existing customers

Serve as main client contact, resolving issues and handling complaints promptly

Work with colleagues on new accounts, quotations, and full order delivery

Establish best practices and ensure budget/timeline requirements are met

Stay updated on new features/product launches and join product trainings/workshops/events

Review cical articles/information to enhance knowledge and advise internal/external customers

Monitor and report sales performance analytics; work with Business Development Manager on growth opportunities and sales plans

Submit complete weekly/monthly sales reports to the manager

Job Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Sports Science, Physiotherapy or related fields

Own transport; willing to work in Klang Valley and travel outstation

Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia

1 year of relevant sales experience in medical devices/physiotherapy

Strong business communication, technical skills, presentation and public speaking

Excellent sales ability with proven performance standards

Strong sales drive, customer service focus, willingness to learn, and desire to succeed
