Key Role:
-Achieving/exceeding set sales targets.
-To provide customer service to non-contract customers and dealers in order to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction.
-Develop, expand, and sustain distribution network and enhance excellent relationship with business partners and customers.
-Provide system design, other sales support to customers and market Daikin brand image professionally.
-Develop teamwork among DAPM members to promote Daikin AP Sales for Malaysia.
-Execute sales and marketing activities, plans & strategies.
-Adhere and comply with SOPP guidelines.
-Cost effectiveness and control.
-Perform any other duties directed by the Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
-Provide sound technical support and total air conditioning solution to all sales enquiries/project bids/tenders; equipment selection to designing; pre to post sales assistance, etc.
-Gather and follow-up on product quality issues with Product Development team or Field Operation Engineers/Technicians until problem is resolved.
-Take up new challenges and additional responsibilities, includes non-core/non-related functional roles.
-Safety at work & worksites at all times.


Requirement:
-Candidate must possess Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent qualifications from reputable education institution with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class upper.
-Good understand on customer needs, requirements and possess good analytical skills.
-Aggressive (go-getter), outgoing and sociable personality.
-Highly self-motivated and willing to work the extra mile in enhancing customer relationship.
-Possess good communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
-Candidate possessing HVAC knowledge would be an added advantage.
