Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and leave tracking
- Manage office supplies and administrative support tasks
- Coordinate meetings, training, and company events
- Handle general office duties and support management as required

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh grads are welcome)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, and every alternate Saturday 9:00 am to 12:45 pm
Lunch Hour: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
