What you'll be doing
-Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document processing, and order management
-Liaising with customers to address inquiries, handle order placements, and resolve any issues
-Maintaining accurate sales records and generating reports as required
-Assisting with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
-Coordinating with other departments, such as logistics and accounting, to ensure efficient order fulfilment
-Participating in team meetings and contributing to the ongoing improvement of sales processes

What we're looking for
-At least 1 years of experience in a sales administrative or customer service role
-Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
-Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
-A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
