Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, time management, policy formulation, and compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
-Liaise with government authorities such as LHDN, SOCSO, EPF, HRD Corp, and other relevant agencies.
-Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Human Resource Department.
-Coordinate staff training programs and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
-Handle expatriate-related matters when required.
-Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain accurate records and notes.
-Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, utilities, cleaner attendance, and arranging transportation or hotel bookings for management and staff.
-Maintain proper records, documentation, and filing systems for HR and administrative matters.
-Support the finance department in managing accounts receivable tasks.
-Perform raw material costing in the system prior to production usage.
-Liaise with Customs on the monthly disposal of raw materials.
-Carry out any other duties or assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications
-Diploma or Degree in HR Management/ Business Admin
-Required skill(s): MS Office, SAP (Added advantage)
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Prefer candidates based in Johor
-Age 25 to 35 years old
-Candidate with at least two (2) years of experience in the HR Payroll
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Ability to communicate well
