📝 Job Responsibilities:
-Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS.
-Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content to grow brand presence and increase engagement.
-Stay updated with trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices to create fresh, relevant, and impactful content.
-Monitor and analyze content performance using insights and analytics; propose improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and lead quality.
-Support the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, captions, written content, and simple layouts for property marketing and corporate branding.
-Participate in a wide range of marketing activities, including event support, video/photo shoots, onsite content creation, and copywriting for campaigns.

🎯 Job Requirements:
-Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or content creation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
-Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
-Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
-Familiar with major social media platforms and their content styles and requirements. —especially Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and XHS.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
