Job Description
-Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, manage the reception area and office premises to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
-Manage door access systems including registration, activation, and deactivation of access cards.
-Support role in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and client visits.
-Coordinate and manage meeting rooms, ensuring its kept, equipped, and ready for use.
-Contribute to daily centre operations and take on various tasks as needed, making you an integral part of the team's success

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
-At least 1–2 years of working experience in reception or administrative roles.
-Pleasant personality with good communication & telephone etiquette.
-Strong command of spoken and written English. Additional language is an added advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Well-groomed, courteous, and customer-service oriented.
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
