What You’ll Be Doing
-Handle HR administrative duties such as employee records, attendance, and leave management
-Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
-Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
-Liaise with employees and management on HR-related matters
-Support payroll preparation by ensuring data accuracy

What We’re Looking For
-Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
-1–3 years’ experience in HR admin or people operations role
-Able to read, write, and communicate in Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
