Senior Role.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 am

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support to all staff.

Troubleshoot PC and laptop hardware issues.

Troubleshoot Windows operating system and standard software (Office, email, browsers, etc.).

Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, printer sharing, internet access).

Support and maintain file servers, NAS, and ERP access (user login, connectivity, mapping).

Support office equipment such as printers, scanners, projectors, and meeting room devices.

Perform routine IT housekeeping, including OS and software updates, and antivirus/endpoint checks.

Assist in monitoring and reporting backup status (e.g. job success/failure).

Handle user account tasks: new user setup, disable accounts, and password resets with proper approval.

Maintain IT asset records (PCs, laptops, monitors, network devices, licenses, and accessories).

Assist with basic firewall, router, and VPN configuration under supervision.

Procurement of IT devices, equipment & accessories

Follow and implement IT policies, security guidelines, and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems

4 - 5 years experience in IT Support

IT knowledge & skills

Good communication and management skills.

Ability to install, configure, and secure Windows operating systems.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP address, DNS, DHCP, gateway, subnet).

Good understanding of PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
