JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support all inbound and outbound operations, including documentation control and maintaining accurate records using the software system.

Perform daily inventory updates and checks.

Maintain stock control, monitor inventory movement, arrange stock, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Conduct physical inventory checks in the warehouse.

Perform picking and packing tasks efficiently.

Ensure the quality and quantity of stocks delivered to customers match the Delivery Order (DO) from the Sales Team, supported by accurate documentation.

Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.

Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.

Undertake additional duties as instructed by the immediate superior.

Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to learn and use inventory software, databases, and systems.

Adaptable to modern, fast-paced warehousing practices; able to work independently and in a team.

Willing to put in extra effort and work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.

Proficient in reading and understanding English.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

High attention to detail.

Minimum qualification: SPM.

Computer literacy is preferred.

Ability to work well with all levels within the company.

Forklift or reach truck driving experience is an advantage.
