Rurutiki Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Puncak Alam, Selangor and will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights to support the company's strategic business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define data requirements, design data models, and develop data pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable data

Analyze complex data sets from various sources to uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and insights that inform decision-making

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, and implement data governance processes to ensure data reliability (data source from marketplaces, Shopee & Lazada etc.)

Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance the company's data capabilities

Mentor and guide more junior data analysts to develop their skills and technical expertise

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar data-driven role, preferably within the E-Commerce or FMCG role

Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent

Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Pipelines is an added advantage

Demonstrated expertise in data modelling, data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Experience in mentoring and developing more junior data analysts

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
