Role overview

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure and security systems. Ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. Involved in managing project deployments for local and regional initiatives, aligning IT strategies with business goals, and safeguarding the organization's data and IT assets.


Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, Smart board and other hardware and software. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.
Maintain & monitor group security measures such as MIM, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software. Monitor system performance and identify potential security issues. Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities. Leading the regular Server OS system patches update and ensure it was done on timely manner based on severity.
Lead and manage IT projects and service deliveries. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures for infrastructure and security management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Train, mentor, and managing the IT team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
Maintain disaster recovery plans & execute annual drill to ensure business continuity in case of IT system failures or security breaches.
Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure and security budget. Optimize costs while ensuring the quality and reliability of IT services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network or a related field is required.
A minimum of 7 - 9 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operation and security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and security systems. Proficiency in managing Microsoft Azure, servers, networks, and security tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving organizational goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology trends. Proactive in learning and implementing new technologies.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL and/or other relevant Microsoft certifications such as Azure, Microsoft 365, etc. are highly desirable.
