What you'll be doing

Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and concerns via phone, email and in-person interactions

Addressing customer issues and complaints, and working to find effective solutions

Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints after vehicle delivery

Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Collaborating with the wider team to enhance the overall customer experience

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and correspondence

Handle disputes related to:

Vehicle condition

Warranty claims

Payment or documentation issues

Service quality concerns

Follow up with customers after resolution to ensure closure & convert complaints into retention opportunities

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patience

Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive or retail industry

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Proficiency in using relevant computer software and office equipment

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
