What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and support to help them excel

Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team, identifying areas for improvement

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract new customers

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Have a leadership mindset with communication skill

Develop team and provide guidance and support

Conduct sales training to improve team performance

Oversee team performance & flow

Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making process

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the automotive industry

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals

Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive strategic decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
