Responsibilities:

Perform the services of a professional Sales Executive and at all times use the best endeavors to promote the interest of the company

Deliver personal and team sales target

Follow the guidelines required for delivering each campaign / promotion

Handling both incoming sales calls and make outgoing sales calls

Guide potential purchasers round show unit and to fully demonstrate product, pointing features and benefits and overcoming objections in the process

You shall not represent any other parties in the real estate dealings or transactions except the Company

To provide after sales and services

Initiate, undertake and participate in sales events (including but not limited to open house activities, exhibits, road shows and investors’ night)

To assist the prospective customers in obtaining financial assistance to part finance their purchase of any Products (if necessary)

Ensure that all relevant paperwork is accurately completion upon reservation that all procedures are adhered to throughout.


Requirements :-

Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of Diploma / SPM.

Candidate with real estate sales experience is have an added advantage.

Able to work during weekend and public holiday.

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Opportunity to earn commission between 5-15k or more
