Job Responsibilities

Process Improvement: Analyze current operations to identify gaps and implement improvements that streamline processes and boost overall supply chain productivity.

Cost Reduction: Drive initiatives to reduce operational expenditures (OpEx) by optimizing workflows and eliminating inefficiencies.

Methodology Application: Apply continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean and Six Sigma to support sustainable process enhancements.

Supply Chain Expertise: Leverage strong knowledge of global supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning, and logistics to support business goals.

Data Analysis: Use data analysis tools to track performance metrics, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization to implement, communicate, and sustain improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Continuous Improvement Expertise: Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies.

Data & Systems Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics tools and ERP systems to support process evaluation and improvement.

Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and clearly communicate project goals, progress, and results to management.

Problem-Solving Capability: Skilled in identifying operational issues and implementing structured, sustainable solutions.

Operational Excellence Mindset: Proven ability to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
