Key Responsibilities:
-Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/ process to minimize reject levels.
-For more senior position, might acts as team leader to ensure that the work meets agreed targets by directly overseeing work team members.
-Generally performs work of a similar nature to those supervised.
-Likely to orient or provide guidance to team members but refer most matters to the superior.

Job Requirement:-

1. Education & Experience
-Minimum SPM / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field.
-1–3 years’ experience in injection moulding or plastic moulding operations

2. Technical Skills
-Knowledge of injection moulding machines and tooling setup.
-Ability to troubleshoot moulding defects (e.g., short shots, flash, burn marks).
-Familiarity with machine parameter setting and optimization.
-Basic understanding of quality control standards and measurement tools.

3. Responsibilities
-Perform Mold setup and changeover according to production schedule.
-Ensure machine efficiency and minimize downtime.
-Conduct preventive maintenance on Molds and machines.
-Maintain 5S and safety compliance in the work area.

4. Soft Skills
-Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
-Team player with good communication skills.

5. Additional Requirements
-Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) is an advantage.
-Willingness to work overtime when required.
