Job Responsibilities:
-Front desk reception, student attendance, class schedule arrangement/adjustment
-Communicate with parents via WhatsApp/phone, record and follow up
-Simple paperwork: printing, receipts, data entry (Excel/Google Sheets)
-Support teachers: preparing teaching materials, classroom cleaning, material management
-Assist with center activities and simple daily photography (we can teach you if you don't know how)

Job Requirements:
-Cheerful, meticulous, punctual, and enjoys communicating with children/parents
-Basic computer/mobile phone skills (familiarity with Excel is a plus)
-Basic English (we will provide hands-on training); fluency in Mandarin is a plus (for easier communication with parents)
-Education: Secondary school/college/bachelor's degree are all acceptable; fresh graduates/career changers are welcome.
-Arrange class times for children.
