-Product Support: Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
-Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats.
-Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
-Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery.

🛠️ Skills & Qualifications:
-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.
-Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
-Communication: Excellent verbal (Cantonese & English) and written communication skills.
-Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the digital industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed!
