-Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
-Provide accurate information and resolve issues via email and calls
-Assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, baggage claims, and more
-Deliver world-class service with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures

🌍 Who We’re Looking For:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM level
-Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken & written)
-Prior customer service experience is a plus - but not required, familiarity with airline is a plus
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Customer-focused with a positive attitude and team spirit
