Key Responsibilities

System Support
-Assist in monitoring servers, networks, and applications for performance and uptime.
-Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
-Ensure the completion of Service Requests based on the SLA

User Assistance
-Provide first-level technical support to employees.
-Help with setting up user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
-Provide assistance on user inquiries regarding technical matters involving PC support

Maintenance
-Support routine system updates, patches, and backups.
-Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory.

Documentation
-Record incidents, resolutions, and system changes accurately.
-Prepare simple reports for IT operations activities.

Compliance
-Follow IT security guidelines and ensure proper handling of company data.
-Assist in implementing basic security measures.

Qualifications
-Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-1–2 years of experience in IT support or operations.
-Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows), networking, and troubleshooting.
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common IT tools.

Work Conditions
-Full-time position.
-May require occasional after-hours/weekend support for urgent issues & planned activities.
