Job Responsibilities
-Operations & Compliance: Manage payroll, leave management, employee benefits, assist in performance appraisal cycles and medical insurance renewal & claims.
-Employee Lifecycle: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and manage employment contracts.
-Records & Policy: Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and assist in HR policy/SOP implementation.
-Regional Coordination: Coordinate with the HQ HR team in Hong Kong for regional HR projects and act as the main point of contact for employee concerns.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience
-Strong knowledge of local employment law and statutory requirements.
-Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, and a proactive approach
-Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters with discretion, and meet deadlines.
-A good communicator, team player, and proactive problem-solver.
