What you'll be doing
-Handling a full range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll administration
-Providing HR support and advice to managers and employees on various HR policies and procedures
-Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and programmes to enhance employee engagement and development
-Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives
-Providing translation and interpretation services to facilitate effective communication between Mandarin and English-speaking stakeholders

What we're looking for
-A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the property development or real estate industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing practical solutions
-Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to translate and interpret between the two languages
-Familiarity with local labour laws and HR best practices
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
