Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day retail shop activities to ensure smooth operations.
· Lead the team in achieving sales targets.
· Supervise, schedule, and monitor the performance of Sales Advisor.
· Assist in staff evaluations or disciplinary follow-up.
· Ensure proper grooming and punctuality of the team.
· Oversee product arrangement and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
· Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage or loss.
· Prepare daily sales reports, shift summaries, and stock movement updates.
· Assist in interviewing qualified Sales Advisor.
· Assist in preparing rosters, overtime claims, and monthly HR submissions.


Job Requirements
· Minimum Secondary level education or equivalent; Diploma in retail management, business, or related field is an advantage.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, customer service, golf-related sales, or hospitality sales environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
· Good understanding of sales, merchandising, and customer service standards.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Competent in using POS systems and Microsoft Office.
· Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
· Willing to work on shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.
