Key Responsibilities
Finance Support
-Process staff claims, reimbursements, and expense reports.
-Track company expenditures and ensure supporting documents are complete and properly filed.

Administrative Support
-Perform filing and organizing of finance and admin documents (digital and hardcopy).
-Arrange and monitor courier and mail deliveries.

Other Ad Hoc Duties
-Any other related duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements
-Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
-Familiarity in admin or accounting support
-Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel and Word is an advantage.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible with good communication skills.
-Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
-Responsible, punctual, and open to feedback
