Role Responsibilities:
-Manage daily accounting functions for companies.
-Maintain proper reconciliation of all General Ledger accounts and integrity of Financial statements.
-Responsible for proper treatment and compliance with all accounting transactions and policies.
-Perform month-end financial reporting process to ensure accurate reporting to management.
-Dealing with internal and external parties on operational matters, financial requirements, statutory reporting needs, taxation and audit.
-Perform any ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by a superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:
-Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
-Minimum 1 year working experience, experience in the property developer industry is preferred.
-Familiarity with IFCA system may be an advantage.
-Experience in Consolidation of Financial Statement will be an added advantage.
-A team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, initiative and result-oriented.
-Good organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
