Key Responsibilities
-Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for food ingredients, packaging, and store operational items.
-Request and review quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and quality that meets F&B standards.
-Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
-Manage purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely supply to outlets/central kitchen.
-Monitor stock levels and coordinate closely with Store Managers and Warehouse teams.
-Ensure all purchased items comply with food safety, HALAL (if applicable), and regulatory requirements.
-Handle supply issues, shortages, or quality disputes with suppliers.
-Maintain and update supplier lists, prices, and purchasing records.
-Support menu changes, new product launches, and seasonal promotions with timely sourcing.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality.
-Work with Finance on invoice verification and payment matters.


Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Food Technology, or related field.
-Experience in F&B or retail procurement is highly preferred.
-Understanding of food products, shelf life, and storage requirements.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software/ERP.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Having knowledge of HALAL requirements is an added advantage.
-Experience working with suppliers for perishable goods.
-Familiar with inventory management systems.
