Key Responsibilities
-Assist in end-to-end recruitment tasks such as job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
-Support onboarding activities including document preparation, new hire orientation, and employee data updates.
-Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking LHDN stamping for employment contracts and related documents.
-Maintain and organize HR records, employee files, and internal databases.
-Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
-Prepare HR letters, forms, and other documents when needed.
-Support training coordination, including attendance tracking, scheduling, and materials preparation.
-Handle general HR administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and basic reporting.
-Participate in HR-related projects or initiatives as assigned.


Requirements
-Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
-Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Able to manage confidential information with professionalism.
