Job Descriptions
-Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and monthly closing.
-Prepare management accounts, cash-flow forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI reports.
-Manage billing, collections, credit control, and supplier payments; maintain ageing and follow-ups.
-Oversee SST submission and ensure documentation compliance.
-Lead e-Invoicing processes (customer/vendor onboarding, data accuracy, exception handling).
-Support job/project costing and inventory/costing entries; reconcile stock with store records.
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities (including LHDN/DOSM when needed).
-Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation; streamline processes for accuracy and speed.
-Prepare year-end audit schedules and assist with tax computations/provisions.
-Drive system and Excel improvements (templates, checks, pivots, lookups) for better reporting.

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance; partial ACCA/CPA/MIA is an advantage.
-4–7 years accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering.
-Strong knowledge of SST and familiarity with Malaysia’s e-Invoicing framework.
-Hands-on with accounting software (SQL Accounting) and advanced Excel (PivotTable, XLOOKUP, basic Power Query).
-Good grasp of job costing/inventory flows and month-end close discipline.
-Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and comfortable communicating with operations and management.
-Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
