Job Responsibilities :-
-To assist the full spectrum of HR responsibilities .
-Assists in coordinating staff onboarding activities and offboarding procedures.
-Assists in coordinating the performance management process.
-Process payroll and ensure meeting the payment deadline of government statutory.
-Assist in recruitment and hiring process.
-Handle recording of disciplinary and grievance matters, help out in documentation during investigations.
-To assist in maintaining company HACCP system (training section).
-Help out and/or handle foreign worker affair and well-being.
-Coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers including training registration in HRDC portal (submission of grants, follow-up on the approvals, and managing claims/queries)
-To perform any additional or ad hoc assignments from the Superior and The Management from time to time.

Requirements :-
-Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
-At least 2-3 years working experience in Human Resource or related field.
-Applicants must be willing to work Ampang / Ulu Kelang (near Zoo Negara).
-Knowledge in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act 1967, and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
-Possess integrity and able to handle confidentiality in the course of work
-Familiar with Access UBS Payroll software would be an added advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
-Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
