Human Resources:
-Manage and perform the HR functions within the company. Ensure compliance with Malaysian Government labor legislation and regulations.
-Managing day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (recruitment and selection, payroll processing, performance review, employee engagement activities, training and development, employee relations, employee benefits, etc)
-All HR duties including recruitment, maintaining personnel files, keeping leave records, collating payroll information – KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (attendance, unpaid leave etc), employee benefits and welfare, etc.
-In charge of the monthly staff claim computation and claim report generation.
-Maintain accurate and proper staff documentations & up to date employees’ personal files
-Review and update HR policies where necessary.
-Provide information and assistance to employees on HR related issues.
-Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

What we're looking for
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma,Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in the technology industry
-Female and muslim only
-Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR management software
-A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
-Able to work independently, multi-tasking and detailed oriented.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
