What you'll be doing
-Developing and implementing effective human resources policies, procedures, and best practices
-Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
-Providing guidance and support to managers on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and training and development
-Administering employee benefits and compensation
-Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
-Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
-Assisting with the design and delivery of HR-related training programmes
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for
-A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-At least 2 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
-Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
-Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
-Proficient in the use of HR-related software and technologies
-A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to work
-A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
