What you'll be doing
-Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales proposals, tracking orders and deliveries, and managing customer inquiries
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels
-Liaise with other departments, such as Marketing, Logistics, Operations, and Finance, to ensure effective coordination and communication
-Coordinate sales team activities, schedules, and daily operations
-Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and product information
-Handle order processing, ensuring accuracy in documentation and checking product conditions
-Prepare and organize sales presentations, including updating brochures, slides, and other materials
-Process paperwork such as purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices
-Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordinator or administrative support role, preferably within the sales industry
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues and management.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
-A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company
