Key Responsibilities
-Process daily invoices: verify transaction accuracy and ensure proper documentation in the accounting system.
-Perform weekly/monthly bank & account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve mismatches between bank statements and internal records.
-Prepare basic performance and financial reports for CFO review.
-Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice/transaction issues and support updates on pricing and promotions.
-Prepare SST (Sales & Service Tax) and WHT (Withholding Tax) filings in compliance with regulations.
-Assist in special projects or any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CFO or senior finance team.
-Process payment vouchers and ensure all payment records are accurate and complete.

Requirements
Education
-Diploma in Accounting or related field.
-Fresh graduates are welcome.

Experience
-Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
-Familiarity with MFRS is an advantage.
-Experience working with membership systems is an added advantage.
-Knowledge of SQL Accounting software and experience with data entry is beneficial.

Skills
-Proficiency in Mandarin and English (reading & communication) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
-Ability to work both independently and in a team.
-Strong organisational and time-management skills.
-Good communication skills to present findings and collaborate with the finance team.
