You will play an important role in:
-Execute end-to-end recruitment activities for all employment types including interns.
-Manage and maintain online recruitment platforms and job portals.
-Participate in company branding activities to support talent attraction strategies.
-Process recruitment-related documentation.
-Manage onboarding process of the new hires and interns, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
-Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports accurately and in a timely manner.
-Undertake any recruitment-related projects or ad-hoc tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in technical position.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact comfortably with all levels.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
-Able to work under pressure and handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
-A self-starter who is independent, proactive, and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
-Good written and oral communication in English.
-Good knowledge of Labour Law related to hiring and employment is an added advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
