Your Key Responsibilities:
-Attract and engage top talent through diverse sourcing channels.
-Build pipelines for current and future roles.
-Conduct screenings and partner with HRBPs and hiring managers on selection.
-Oversee the full talent acquisition cycle—from posting to onboarding.
-Promote our employer brand through events and social media.
-Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience.
-Develop partnerships with universities and training institutions.
-Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
-Maintain accurate candidate records and streamline processes.
-Track recruitment metrics and share insights for improvement.
-Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
-Coach and support recruiters to enhance team capability.
-Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
-5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
-Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Oracle Recruitment, etc.).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
