Job Description:

Channel Sales
-Responsible for achievement of the sell through/out target via executing the overall plan in a certain city.
-Develop new retailers & dealers. Build rapport with retailers, dealers, store managers and their employees.
-Assist to resolve issues, achieve store coverage rate, provide training to achieve retail store sell out target.
-Execute retail promotions/ activities to achieve good results. Develop area promotion plan to increase sell out.
-Gather & report customer feedback, competitive activities and market situation.

Retail Operation
-Establish and implement strategies to drive retail operation performance and its effectiveness.
-Manage all retail-operations related projects to establish retail operation excellence.
-Ensure all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of retail operational activity, company policies and procedures.
-Responsible to perform performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the field of Business Studies or Management.
-Must have adequate understanding and experience in retail and sales management.
-Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
-Strong attention to details, analytical, numerical, and statistical skills.
-Strong problem-solving skills and able to cope with stress & changes.
