Duties & Responsibilities:
-Scanning and filing of documents include revenue report, receipt, invoices, etc.
-Upload soft copy documents on Cloud Drive and keep a hard copy in file.
-Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
-Monitor outstanding payment to ensure prompt supplier payments and bill payments.
-Compile and update petty cash daily.
-Compile and maintain records of sales revenue reports.
-Liaise with suppliers for payment arrangements.
-Liaise and follow up order confirmation or sales contract with supplier.
-Ensure necessary documentation, records, reporting, compilation and/or charts being timely prepared and submitted.

Required Skills:
-Familiar with MS Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel)
-Driven and willing to learn
-Good communication skills
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
