What you'll be doing
-Providing strategic leadership and vision to the hotel management team to achieve operational, financial and customer satisfaction goals
-Overseeing all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and human resources, stocks and laundry in and out & PMS system ( Hotel Check In and Check out system) and hotel room maintenance checking report.
-Driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, pricing optimization, and strategic partnerships
-Ensuring efficient operations, cost management and budgeting across all hotel functions
-Fostering a positive, guest-centric culture and leading a team of dedicated hospitality professionals
-Monitoring and maintaining brand standards, quality control and compliance with all relevant regulations
-Representing the hotel and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners and the local community

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Hotel Assistant Manager or in a senior hospitality management role
-Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, sales and marketing, and human resources best practices
-Excellent leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills with a strong customer service orientation
-Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and driving operational efficiencies
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
-Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
-Strong understanding of the local hospitality industry and market trends
