What you'll be doing
-Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate new leads and convert them into customers for wedding events and corporate events to full fill the target of sales.
-Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
-Representing the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings to promote our products and services
-Preparing sales proposals, presentations and other marketing materials to support the sales process
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
-Collaborating with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
-Providing regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities to the management team

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property development industry, government, cooperate clients, university/ colleges and etc.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with clients
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills and social media trending ( TIk TOK,IG & FB)
-Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite and other digital marketing tools
-Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field
