Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative & backend support to sales team

Assist to prepare daily sales orders

Perform regular data entry task

Prepare sales reports, update sales programs, and provide actionable insights

Work with team members to complete duties as needed

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Software application.

SPM leavers/Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Result oriented, good planning & organizing.

Able to meet deadline and manage time appropriately.

Good communication skills and able to converse good language both English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who can communicate with Chinese-speaking customers is an added advantage.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment.
