Key Responsibilities
-Person in charge for traffic controller for lorry / trailer parking at loading bay.
-Inspect truck condition before proceeding the loading activities.
-Responsible to take & compile photo for all inbound & outbound process (incoming container, export container & cargo trailer delivery)
-Person in charge for update stock-card Finish Goods / Semi FG.
-Assist with stock checks & warehouse organization.
-Handle returns, damaged goods, or lost shipments.
-Resolve delivery issues or delays proactively.
-Ensure compliance with quality, environment, safety and regulatory requirements.
-Maintain cleanliness on respective working area (Loading Bay inside and outside & Forklift Charging Area)
-Assist on scrap & waste handling.
-Assist for receiving incoming Raw Material & IBCs components, Spare part & Consumable Items.
-Flagman for loading activity to ensure loader load the correct goods according to SEF & DN.
-Ensure the FG receive from production store to designate area.
-Assist for generate DN / related shipment documents.

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O"Level/Certificate level/SKM in Others or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia or English
-Possess at least 2 years in logistics function in manufacturing environment.
-Required Skill(s): Able to work independently, self-starter, initiative and willingness to learn.
-Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Logistics Operations or equivalent.
