Job Responsibilities
-Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
-Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, digital ads, and in-store promotions.
-Work closely with the sales team to create seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and new product launch activities.
-Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support marketing decisions.
-Manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and coordinate content creation.
-Oversee marketing materials such as brochures, banners, display visuals, and digital content.
-Build relationships with media, influencers, vendors, and business partners.
-Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports for management review.
-Support brand development and maintain consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, luxury goods, jewellers
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyses data and trends to improve marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, video editing, or other creative tools (added advantage).
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Strong command of English
- Must be willing to work in Penang and able to work on weekends or extended hours during festive seasons.
